## **Charity Annual Report [2021-2022] AMTECS**

## **Executive Summary**

The past year has been a period of transition for our charity. From June 1, 2021, to May 31, 2022, the charity was not active. However, we are gearing up for an impactful year ahead with renewed focus and dedication to our mission.

## **Financial Performance**

## **June 1, 2021 – May 31, 2022**

Due to the charity's inactivity during this period, there are no financial transactions to report. We have used this time to strategize and plan for a proactive and effective future.

## **Trustee Changes**

We bid farewell to the following trustees who have resigned:

- **Gareth Locke**

- **Ellen Cuylaerts**

- **Dawn Kernagis**

- **Ruth Mort**

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for their valuable contributions and unwavering support during their tenure.

## **Future Goals**

## **Establish New Trustees**

Our immediate goal is to appoint new trustees who are passionate about our cause and bring diverse skills and perspectives to the table. This will strengthen our leadership and governance frameworks.

## **Collaborate with Environmental Charities**

In the upcoming year, we aim to build partnerships with other charities focused on environmental issues. By working together, we can amplify our impact and drive meaningful change in the community.

## **Conclusion**

While the past year has been one of inactivity, we are filled with optimism and a renewed sense of purpose for the upcoming year. With new trustees and strategic partnerships, we are confident in our ability to make a significant impact on environmental conservation efforts.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Chantelle Newman Trustee
