**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ALDERHOLT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, AND OTHER LEISURE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** To provide grants for projects in the parish of Alderholt in order to improve facilities for the purposes of education, mental and physical wellbeing, sport, recreation or other leisure activities, with the object of benefiting the inhabitants of Alderholt and the surrounding area.
