**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF CHUDLEIGHKNIGHTON AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICTS (NO BOUNDARY RESTRICTIONS) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:(A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND(B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THECONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Run Chudleigh Knighton Village Hall as a community building for the use of the villagers of Chudleigh Knighton and other organisations who provide services for the community. It is  hired out to clubs and organisations as well as individualsfor private functions. It is used by an outreach Post Office twice a week. There is a snooker room with a full sized table which is hired out.
