rental opportunltles to local counsellors and theraplsts, w0￿hOp5 Includlng yoga, meditatlon, mlndfulness and free space to local
communlty groups.

Through funded programmes, low-cost trauma-sensltlve servlces, and collaboratlon wlth local charltle5, we make the Ilfe-changlng
benef4ts of yoga and hollstlc theraples accesslble to all. Thls empowers our servlce users to take control over thelr health and
recovery.

Durln9 2024-2025, we have been contlnulng to recover from the effects of the post-covld fallout and the Cost of Uvlng Cr1￿5.
At the start of 2024 calendar year, The Secret Space acknowledged that the buslness needed to focus more effort to generate more
revenue vla donatlons and fundrjlslng. Durfno the financlal year 2024-2025 we re¢rulte0 2 new trustees to support the board and
asslst wlth fundralslng.
We successfully applled for a grant from the Fovndatlon to support us In replaclng some ol our therapy room equSpment. We
continued to run slx Yoga4Health courses for which fundlng had been recelved In the prevlous flnontlal year. Thls speclallst yoga
course Is almed at people Ilvlng wlth anxlety, P05t-traumatlc stress, lonellness, and Isolatlon, Its efficacy Is bad(ed by NPIS research.
It has been commlssloned by the NHS and created by the Yoga In Healthcare Alllance.
We a150 contlnued to run an ongoing free class for Senlors at the Folly Vlew Community Centre In Stansted Abbots for whSch
fundlng had also been recelved In the prevlous financial year- thls class has proved extremely valuable to the local cornmunlty, not
Just for the health 5UPPOrt, but for the soclal connectlon It provldes for elders who are often experienclng Isolatlon and lonellness.

pre-pandemic numbers. We contlnued to address thls by offerfng a more dlverse range work5hop5 and events at the centre,
Includlng dance and movement, breathwork and sound heallng, esoterlc studles, crafts, and ho115tlc health practltloner tralnlngs.
We have taken our role as part of the cornmunlty very sertously. We reco9nlse that the legacy of the Pandemlc followed by the cost-
of-llvlng crfsls contlnues to Impact people's Ilves. We contlnue to look for every opportunlty to support people that need our help and
believe we are truly prlvileged to be able to do so.

Our maln actlvltles and the people we try to help are descrlbed below. All our charltable actlvldes focus on the prov151on of ser4lces
as set out In our Vlslon and Purpose statement of and are undertaken to further our charftable purposes for the publlc beneflt.
Durlng 2024125 we were able to support elght volunteers, and offer them some sense of purpose ond communlty. Of those elght,
four were In need ofof communlty due to feelln9s of Isolatlon, one volunteer Is In recoveryi one Ilves wlth mental health challenges
nd one Is a full-tlme carer.
We dellver coplng strategles for the ongolng anxlety experlenced by many ol our volunteers. We offer onllne and In-house yoga
c1è55es free of charge, free or dlscounted hollstlc therapy sesslons, and free spaces on onllne personal development courses where
avallable. We also arranged for one volunteer to recelve a free place on a Relkl pracdtloner tralnln9 course.
Volunteers have a range of opportunltles wlth front of house seThilces, for example staffln9 the front desk to recelve students for
yoga and therapy cla55e5, Volunteer5 often work In the offlce and carry out a varlety of other dutles as and when needed, One of our
volunteers came In regularly to ensure the coutyard remalned clean and tldy and do health and satety checks for all of us.
