appoint a new charity trustee, whether in place of a charity trustee

unless there is a reason to believe that the Assoclatlon wlll not
continue for the foreseeable future.
The Trustees are responslble for the keeplng ol proper accountlng
records, which dlsclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the
financial position of the charity and to en8ble them to ensure that the
financial statements comply with the Charfty Act 2011. They are also
responsible for safeguardlng the assets of the assoclation and hence to
take reasonable steps for Ihe preventlon and detection of fraud and other
