The trustees adopted the onstitution on 18 May 2016 in accordance with the 'Association Model, published by the harity Commission. Hope Renewal is established for charitable purposes for the public enefit and entered onto the Register of charities on 18 May 2016 with the Registered Charity umber 1167181. OVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT he Board of Trustees have overall responsibility for the direction, management and control f the charlty. The board shall comprise of no fewer than three members, maximum of twelve embers. At the period end there were three members, all of whom are unpald. he board have the power to appoint a member at any time to fill a casual vacancy or as an ddition to the existing members.
