**Objects:** the preservation and protection of good mental and physical health of people of all ages living in the Fylde and surrounding areas, in particular those who are suffering from loneliness and depression by (but not limited to):-(a) Provision of  a meeting point venue where those who are lonely may find support and comfort. (b) Provision of  advice and counselling. (c) Signposting people to other organisations where specialist help for their particular problem is available.

**Activities:** Just Good Friends (North West) Ltd provides solutions to loneliness and isolation within the community through the provision of a contact HELPLINE contact on 07564 921618, Web site - Just Good Friends Lytham St Annes, Facebook - Just Good Friends Lytham St Annes.JGF has 6 satellite meeting groups across Fylde and Wyre providing activities 7 days a week.
