**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK, BY ALL MEANS INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The University of the Third Age provides activities for retired people over the age of sixty. This includes singing groups, game playing groups (e.g. bridge, scrabble), ukulele groups, photography and discussion groups. There are also meetings for lunches and theatre trips.

**Area of benefit:** NEWHAVEN AND PEACEHAVEN AND THE SURROUNDING LOCALITY.
