||Para 1.20|Binti signed the first council in the UK to our<br>Dignity at |Work campaign with Surrey<br>County Council. This means we are in 55<br>locations across the county. We are working<br>towards ensuring all public places provide<br>free period products as they do toilet paper<br>and soap.<br>The project has been sustainable and<br>instrumental in changing the conversation<br>around periods to create normalcy.<br>In The Gambia we signed an MOU with the<br>Government to deliver menstrual education<br>across the country. It will also become part<br>of the curriculum. We have now delivered<br>the menstrual training to 200 teachers<br>locally.<br>We launched the first Period Charity Shop<br>in Walton on Thames. This was a wonderful<br>way of initiating a conversation about<br>periods. Many girls and women came into<br>discuss menstruation and explored the<br>various types of products available. It’s<br>almost like we have never had an<br>opportunity to talk about it before.|
