|Contribution made by volunteers|Para 1.38|Volunteers helped to deliver food and essential<br>supplies to Whiteley Village, a home for the<br>elderly. They also collected bi-weekly food and<br>supplies from Both Waitrose and Tesco. Our<br>volunteers sewed face masks and there were a<br>team of volunteers who helped with the<br>production, packing and delivery of them. We<br>also had volunteers who helped the vulnerable<br>through the Covid Pandemic. We delivered<br>weekly food ingredients to a Sikh Temple who<br>fed the homeless and people on low income<br>communities.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to the<br>circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a whole.|Para 1.20|Binti Launched a campaign with Surrey County<br>Council to provide free period products to<br>anyone that needs them across the county and<br>became the first County in England to do so.<br>Anyone can walk into nearly 60 locations across<br>the county and pick up period products or<br>donate pads for those that need them. This<br>ground breaking initiative is designed to ensure<br>nobody has to use toilet paper in between<br>buying period products or when they get cut<br>short.<br>SCC will also work with Binti to eradicate stigma<br>and taboo with our Dignity at Work Campaign.<br>Morrisons in Weybridge also joined the Dignity at<br>Work campaign along with a number of smaller<br>businesses. The church in Weybridge has also started<br>with the free provision.<br>Binti was able to diversify its offerings during the<br>Pandemic and help a local housing estate for the<br>elderly with the provision of free food bi-weekly and<br>running errands for them during lockdown and<br>whilst they were vulnerable with the effects of Covid.<br>We signed up several organisations internationally<br>too, including Theramex a pharmaceutical company<br>with over 500 employees globally to our Dignity at<br>Work Campaign. They also ran a fundraising event<br>internally for International Women’s Day.<br>Our Founder and CEO Manjit K Gill was awarded an<br>MBE for her services of the provision of period<br>products globally by Her Majesty the Queen for her<br>birthday honours.|
