The Fenner Fr05t Found*ion Is a CIO that was registtted on the Ilth May 2016.
The aim of the Fenner Frost Foundation i5to support people with a leaming disability to developthe
skills required to access paid employrnent opportunitles. They are supported to set up retail
buslnesses, being invdved with all aspects of rur*run8 that business. indudlng Identifyif¥ and
50urctng stock, ser¥ing (Jjstomets, handlire m(rtw arnl undertake general sw dutles.

We seek to promote social induslon for adults with leamin8 difficulties who are wcially exduded bv
providing them with an oppc¥tunfty to build capadty by establlshlng and 8rowin8 a business to
relieve the needs of those people and asstst them to integrate into soriety.
Slnce its creation at the start of May 2016 the Fr05t Foundatlon has contlnually provided an
excellent level of supportto its Servi￿ users and a useful service to the local oynmunity.
The charlty provldes educatlon and work expvlence for Its end users vta the oper*lon of a second-
hand recordlmusic shop in Sitti"ngLM)ume called RPM IReathin8 People through Music).

The Fenner Frost foundatlon had a very successful year, supporting its students and athieving its
tharitable objecttves through its work at the RPM shop, outreach artivities and irnproving the SCKial
wellbein& Independen￿ and Confiden￿ of its learner5.

The tharity received two donatlons of fina￿1a1 supwt in the 2023124 period:
£150 was recelved as a donatlon from Murston Ctrop
A parent of one of the students ralsed £S(M) from a tharlty SkydlvlNq event whlth went
towards supporting the cost of the student summer holiday.
The Charfty a150 held a successful qulz nlght, ralsSr8 £S80towards the ￿dent summer holiday. The
Charity also purthased 4 set of silent disco headphones to hire out Iu5in8 a £500 contribution from
parent). Thls wlll pro￿de an addftlonal revenuetsthe tharlty In fitture period&
Thls flnandal year saw a small dedlne In re*nuev$ 202V23. Thls was wimarlty due to the decislon
not apply for any extemal graft￿ Studentfees saw an increase and tradir% in the shop improved.
Costs grew by IO% in 2023124 and this was representhve of general cost of lfvln8 Increases wtthln
the economy. Thls results In an operational105s of just over £ll,(MXJ. whith has been made up from
the cash reser¥es of the charlty.
In reserve the Charlty holds over 8 Mont￿ worth of cash ID reserve, wfr#ch the trustees consider
adequate.
It is expected that in 2024125 the tharTty will again applyforgrants fu￿th￿ to address the
operational loss seen in this finanaal year.
