The Charity believes that is important to have the requisite range of skills and experience
represented on the Board of Trustees and ir is reflected in ihe curreni membership.
MANAGEMENT
The Board meet on a quarterly basis.The Company Secretsry attends but is not a Board member.

been applied Consistently throughout the year and the preceding year.
Basis of accounting
The fin1￿cial stateinents ale prepared undeT the histuriLal cost convention and in

1.2. Cashflow
The charity has taken advantage of the exemption in FRS I from the requirement to produce a cashflow Statement
beLaube it is a small cl)arity.
1.3. Incoming resource5
All ineoming re%ources are included in the ststement of financial activities when the
charity is entitled to the income and the amoiint Can be quantified with reasonable
aLcuracy. The following specific policies are applied to partiLular Lategorieb of income..
Voluntary incoine is received by way of gtants, donations and gifts and is inLluded in full in
the btdtement uf finanLldl dLtivitieb when ieLeivable. Grdntb where entitlement Is not
Londitional on the delivery of a specific perfutmanLe by the Lhaiity, aTe reLugnised when
the charity become5 unconditionally entitled to tlie grant.
Donated Services and facilitie5 are included at the value to the charity where this can be
quantified. The value of services provided by volunteers has not been included.

funds when they are sold.
Income from investments is included in the year in which it is receivable.
