**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP AND ASSISTANCE TO VULNERABLE CHILDREN IN RURAL AREAS OF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES SO THAT THEY MAY ATTEND SCHOOL WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** To provide school sponsorship to vulnerable children in rural areas of developing countries to attend school. Those who benefit will be a) the vulnerable school children, b) the schools receiving increased payments of fees, c) families of the school children who subsequently have less financial pressure.
