Respective The charty's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
responsibilities of The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year
trustees and examiner under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
examine Ihe accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission (under Section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have Gome to my attention.
Basis of Independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directlons given
examiner's statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes 8 review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or dI￿lOsureS In the accounts, and seeking explanations from the
trustees conceming any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that w￿Uld be required in an audit, 8nd
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a Irue
and fairf view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the
slatement below.
Independent In connection with my examination, no material matters have come to my
examiner's statement attention (olhoT4￿1@S@￿bSW. which gives me cause to believe
that in, any material rest￿ct.:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requiremenls
conceming the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounls and Reports} Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have come across no other matters in connectlon wlth the examination
to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a
proper understsnding of the accounts to be reached.

Deed) of the charity, the objective of
Wrentham Aid Charitable Trust {WAcn, is to
use its funds for:

Durlng the year ending March 2025, the charity
continued its efforts to support individuals in
need across impoverlshed regions.
The charity's financial position showed
Improvement over the year. Several
educational and medical organisations sought
assistance, and the charlty endeavoured to
meet these requests wherever possible.
Among the notable recipients of donations
were Doctors Worldwide and the Association
of Pakistani Physicians and Surgeons UK.
Particular emphasis was placed on providing
food for pregnant wornen and orphans.
The trustees are fulty aware of the Charity
Commission's guidance on public benefit.
In addition to their roles within the charity, all
trustees a￿ actively involved in public health-
related charitable activitie5 elsewhere in the
UK.

At the end of the financial year endlng 31
March 2025, Wrentham Ald Charltable Trust
successfully provlded asslstance to the poor
and needy by donating to reputable and well-
established educational and medical
organisations, Including Doctors Worldwide
and the Association of Paklstani Physicians and
Surgeons UK.
The charity was able to alleviate financial
hardship and support vulnerable individuals
both in the UK and internatlonally, particularly
in Pakistan.
