During the year ending March 2022, the charity continued to endeavour to help needy individuals in poor countries. The effects of the covid 19 pandemic the continued to pose challenges to the charity. The number of requested made to the charity remained about the same as the previous year, the charity tried to fulfil these requested based on its objectives. |

Para 1.20 | At the end of year ending 31stMarch 2022 Wrentham Aid Charitable Trust was able to help the poor and needy by donating to reputable and well established educational and medical organisations as Doctors Worldwide and APPSUK Foundation. In conjunction with these charities Wrentham Aid Charitable Trust was able to relieve financial hardship and help poor individuals in the U.K. and around the world. Wrentham Aid Charitable Trust was also bale to help local individuals needing financial assistance. In the coming year we hope to help individuals in financial hardship with education, general health and medical conditions. We also hope to achieve some of these objectives in the wider community. |

Para 1.25 | Apart from the initial set of charity trustees, every trustee must be appointed by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. A unanimous approval from the existing trustees is required for the appointment. In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the Wrentham Aid Charitable Trust. The charity trustees and the Chief Executive are responsible for the general oversight, control and management of the charity. The trustees give their time freely and receive no remuneration or other financial benefits for their services as trustees. The trustees meet together as a body on a quarterly basis and are responsible for all significant decisions taken in relation to running the charity. |
