Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to support the Charity objectives. During the current times, the support works the charity does is in great need. I have provided a few details about myself below, including my contact details and would be very happy to discuss any matters with you in relation to my report. Please note that I have not conducted an audit in line with UK Auditing Standards, but I did undertake my review in order to identify any material misstatements or financial irregularities. ## **Governance and Policy** It is part of the Trustees responsibilities to ensure the financial statements are presented fairly and to take reasonable steps to prevent fraud and other irregularities. As Trustees, you will recognise that the vital work carried out by the charity does involve working with people in the community and animal welfare. Through review of the Charity Annual Review and telephone discussion understanding the Objectives and Activities of the Charity, I have not seen or heard anything that concerns me regarding charity governance and policy. ## **Review work** I have reviewed the annual report including the receipts and payments accounts to understand how the charity operates. I have received copies of bank statements and the end of year bank account is reconciled to the financial statements. In respect of the items of income and expenditure, I have received an explanation as to what these are for. There are currently 8 Trustees in post assumed to authorise/agree on where to allocate financial support. Funds are unrestricted and can be allocated to any/all activities. Finally, I have reviewed the receipts and payments account as the draft accounts. **Beans Professional Services Ltd.
