OBJECTS3.1 FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY (A) HELPING TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR BULL TERRIERS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND (B) BY EDUCATING, RAISING AWARENESS AND INFORMING THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS IN PARTICULAR OF BULL TERRIERS IN RESCUE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.3.2 FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPORTING THOSE PROVIDING RESCUE FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF BULL TERRIERS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** We provide monetary assistance to dogs in rescue/welfare organisations. We only helpanimals in rescue and not dogs owned by individuals. These may be dogs with an ongoingmedical condition; a need for a special diet; spaying or neutering.  We may also provide assistance by way of food or payment for emergency boarding ortransport fees
