In March 2024, ahead of World Malaria
Day, 25th April 2024, a fundraising appeal,
directed at previous clients of the veterinary
clinic, was prepared and launched to raise
funds for the purchase of bed nets to
protect vulnerable individuals from disease
carrying mosquitoes. This appeal was
launched through GoFundMe. Funds raised
have been ring fenced in the charity's
Deposit bank account for the specific
purpose of purchasing bed nets. We are
exploring potential organisations such as
Unicef for the provision of the bednets. by
donation of the total funds raised. The total
sum raised in this appeal has been
augmented to provide a total of £6000. The
extra funds were transferred from the
Foundation's current account general fund.
The Foundation plans to make this
fundraising an annual event scheduled to
coincide with World Malaria Day on 25
April, beginning April 2026.

lack of funds. Since 27 May 2021

have no longer been available as the
company shares were sold to a third party.
The previous shareholders, Peter Culpin
and Stuart McFarlane. who are trustees of
the charity, will continue to make personal

position at the end of the year with
sufficient funds to meet its anticipated
administration costs and prospective grant
funding for the foreseeable future. The
Foundation will continue to receive
financial aid from its I￿0 trustees - Peter
Culpin and Stuart McFarlane under the Gift
Aid scheme - Gift Aid claims are still
pending. In the future a proportion of profits
from a new company (Pets Naturally
Healthcare Limited) run by the same two
trustees will be donated to the Foundation.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** 31/12/2025. . 

**Responsibilities and basis of report** 

As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable  Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
