Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act.). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried OLrt under section 145 of the 2011 Ad and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5){b) of the Act. Independent I have completed my examination. I confirni that no material matters have examiner's statsment come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect.. the accounting records were not kept in acKordance wilh section 130 of the Charities Act; or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements onceming Ihe fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities {Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair, view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. To relieve the suffering of dogs and to find suitable homes Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document Team Poundie has undertaken to help many dogs and families, throughout very tough times again this year, mainly due to the cost of living crisis. The increase in intakes with expensive veterinary needs has hugely increased and with the new XL Bully ban coming in, we have helped people exempt their dogs and made safe 5 of ours by exempting them and placing them in a beautiful sanctuary where they are very happy and safe. We have provided food and help with vet bills to the public, to those that cannot afford it rather than the dogs being relinquished into kennels, where rehoming has decreased. Increasing our fundraising activities to support our dogs and families in need

Improvements to our shop, which supports our Charity hugely
