We offer clients a way of resolving disputes through mediation meetings, facilitated by an impartial third party, (qualified mediator). Mediators will assist you to clarify the issues you can't agree on and look at options to resolve them and find solutions. The issues we cover include, property, finance and children arrangements.
Objects: To Preserve And Protect The Health Both Mental And Physical Of Adults And Children Predominately But Not Only In Wales In Particularly But Not Exclusively By;a) Providing Mediation And Conciliation, To Alleviate Hardship And Distress Caused By The Breakdown Of Marriage And Family Relationshipsb) Providing Information About Mediation And Conciliation Services To Raise Awareness In The Wider Community; Andc) To Undertake Other Forms Of Mediation As The Trustees See Fit For The Benefit Of The Community
