Objects
Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document

The prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship anywhere in the world in particular but not limited to the city of Ibadan, Oyo State in Nigeria by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

The promotion of racial harmony for the public benefit in Manchester and its environs by: (a) promoting knowledge and mutual understanding between different racial groups;

(b) advancing education and raising awareness about different racial groups to promote good relations between persons of different racial groups;

(c) working towards the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of race.

No activity was conducted in this period as the charity was just recovering from the impact of COVID-19 where 2 of its trustees were lost to COVID pandemic.

Additional details of objectives and activities (Optional information)
The charity is run through donation from members as the main source of finance. Also, members act as volunteers in all organised events and also volunteer for the day to day administrative work; this volunteering thus help to minimise the charity expenses. However, none of these activities took place during this reporting period because of the COVID-19 pandemic

Section E Financial review
The target range of reserves for the year 2021/22 is £1,000.00. However, Brief statement of the the accumulated reserve by February 2022 is £10,000 because no charity’s policy on reserves income was realised in this reporting period

deposit for the purchase of a building to be used as the ‘charity house’

funding short-term deficits in a cash budget for any specific projects to be undertaken during the year
