Objects

The prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship anywhere in the world in particular but not limited to the city of Ibadan, Oyo State in Nigeria by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

The promotion of racial harmony for the public benefit in Manchester and its environs by:

The charity is run through donation from members as the main source of finance. Also, members act as volunteers in all organised events and also volunteer for the day to day administrative work; this volunteering thus help to minimise the charity expenses.

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
The target range of reserves for the year 2019/2020 is £1,000.00. However, since limited income was realised during the period the accumulated reserves by February 2021 remains £10,000.
The charity holds reserves mainly for:

deposit for the purchase of a building to be used as the ‘charity house’

funding short-term deficits in cash flow and budget for any specific projects to be undertaken during the year
