**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN KENT BY FUNDING AND PURCHASING SPECIALIST WHEELCHAIRS AND OTHER NEEDED EQUIPMENT FOR THEIR BENEFIT AND BY FUNDING NEEDED REHABILITATION SERVICES IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEM REGAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE AND TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008

**Activities:** We primarily assist disabled individuals in Kent get access to specialised wheelchairs and funding to benefit them and regain independence we will look at individuals on a one by one basis from outside KentWe also have specialised individuals on the trustees whom can assist with help and guidance and assessments. We help advise individuals struggling with disability applications
