To provide performance arts opportunities for those on the autistic spectrum to work and perform as part of an integrated theatre group. 2. To enhance the understanding of autism held by the general public in our geographical area of Sheffield and its environs. ## **Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects** The Trustees can assert that the charity's activities have continued, albeit differently, during the pandemic. The public benefit will, in line with Charity Commission guidance, be realised once we are able to perform in the public arena. Almost all activities have been on-line, via Zoom. We formed two separate groups to develop material for two new plays about Autism. In association with this, we coordinated the work of six 3rd Year University Medical students allocated to us on a placement for their Social Accountability Unit. They researched the issue of transition for those on the spectrum. We have researched, devised and written a new, full length musical celebrating Sheffield's role as a City of Sanctuary for asylum- seekers and refugees. We hope to perform this in December 2021. We have provided social, emotional and mental health support to all members through two zoom meetings every week, as well as organising, when there was a temporary lifting of restrictions in summer 2020, walks and a barbeque. ## **Summary of the main achievements and performance of the charity during the year.** - continued to welcome new members - gave all the opportunity to be involved in development work and to practice script- reading skills, voice coaching - provided vital social, emotional and mental health support - developed a new musical - became financially secure for the foreseeable future. ## **Financial Review** The charity started the financial year with £2994 in the current account, brought forward from the previous year.
