**Objects:** TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC ARTS AND TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN THOSE ARTS.

**Activities:** We are an open air cliff-side theatre in west Cornwall.  Each summer we have up to twenty weeks of varied productions.by professional and amateur companies.  The site and the sub-tropical gardens remain open throughout the year.  In the exhibition centre we tell the remarkable story of how Rowena Cade, built the Minack Theatre and how her vision is being carried forward.
