**Objects:** THE AIM OF THE CHARITY IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND THE SAVING OF LIVES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:- PROVIDING ASSISTANCE IN THE PREVENTION OF BIRTH INJURIES;- HELPING TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT, RESOURCES AND TRAINING REQUIRED TO PREVENT SUCH INJURIES; AND BY- PROVIDING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO HELP DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES OF BIRTH INJURIES TO MOTHERS.

**Activities:** Birth Aid provides equipment, training of clinicians and treatment for women who have sustained injuries related to child brith in the developing world.
