The Club invites people of all ages to enjoy rowing.
The Club owns 4 traditional Comish ro￿ng gigs and 3 training gigs
for use in the Weymouth and Portland Bay area. and operate from
a boatshed in Weymouth ha￿Our.
The Club is open to all<omers and promotes the benefits of rowing
to all sections of the population in the local area.

Activities
The Covid-19 vims prevented any activty in the earty part of 2021.
After a cautious retum in Apnl, Club rowing r&commenced and
was able to continue for the balance of the year.
The Trustees were mindful at all times to follow govemment and
CPGA guidelines for 811 our activities.
The compets'tive mwing programme, however, w8s la￿elY
cancelled during the 2021 season, with only a couple of local,
small-scale regattas possible at the end of the summer.
Clubhouse Facilities
The Club continued as an Assouate Member of Weymouth Sailing
Club,"
our mernb8￿ gradually Trsumed the use of their Clubhouse
facilitses in tandem with the Sailing Club and within Covid
guidelines.
Junior Rowing
The Junior section rnsumed mwing on Wednesday evenings and
Satunlay momings.
Membership
The Club s MeMbe￿h1p recovernd to more or less prn-covid levels
of 220 members by the end of the year.

It is the Kx)licy of th8 Trust68S to ensurn we have suffiuent C8pit81 to
Inancially nin the Club on a day4oéay ba&s.
We actively man8g8 our fvnds to ensure we ar8 able to plan in 8<fvance
each year in accordance with our budget.
The Club maintain a long48nn sawngs account in which w8 regula
place fijnds to help us achieve our long-temi plans.
