To relieve the financial needs of individuals and families affected by the death of a young person, in particular but not exclusively between ages 16 - 24, by the provision of grants towards funeral costs, who are resident in south Yorkshire and the surrounding areas according to the laws of England and wales as the trustees shall from time to time determine.

Third party individuals held fundraising events on behalf of Dan’s Helping Hand; these included:

As a result of the fundraising activities, Dan’s Helping Hand was able to provide financial assistance to two families in the South Yorkshire area who met the acceptance criteria.
