Programme lollowed by another 1 x 8 Week programme from 7.5.22 to 2.7.22.
We conlacled the Lottery to explain why tI￿re was a delay in 5perKling their funthrvJ to us which was
due to the CovKI19 kxkdowns. We facilitated the courses face to face as and we were ￿lowed
to.
We continued to facifrtate 2 x 61hin weekly Zfy)m cans to all Ihe SUTVtvors have accessed our
courses in order to supwrt them through the (*￿Ier￿ they faced during a￿£ KK)St Ictkdown. As well
as maintaining our daily WhalsAFP group. We were at4e io successfulty meet the needs of (wr clients
virtually during Ihi5 b'me. The C.LEA.N.E.R IM Liviw Thwapy Pr(¥Jramme Book has been given to
V￿tirns and surmvors free of charge throughout the year. This has been funded in the main by
survivors who have raiwj funds for SOB throug1￿ Ihe ￿. *
Chris Tuck continues to undertake speaking erMJagements and presentati￿ oprortunities to ra¢se the

Flnancial review
The new SOB Websile has been used s￿CesSfUlty by p)IentI￿ ￿Urse members. They can find out
information atout our servi￿$ and they can register their interest for Ihe next o)urse easily wa the
online applicalion forni.
The Train the Trainerf Manual has been lested in the delivery of last three face to tace courses in
Sept l Oct 2021. Feb thlar 2022 & MaylJuly 2022. There are s(yne Iweaks that need to be made and
then it will nged to be converted into book fofmat so that il is ready to use by course faciliEators.
To help us our long temi fuNlirwJ plans we enlisted the ex￿th$e of Islay O'Hara who completed
Iwo funding Fids lor SOB. We were $￿CesSful in re(eiwThJ aETh)ther £1 Crf( fU￿￿Eng wt from the Nat￿n81
Lottery which we will be using in the next finanual year 22-23 to facilitate another 2 x 8 Week courses.
However we were notified on the 21.11.¥2 that we were not sUc￿S1u1 in our larger funding bid
I￿aUSe the TFL panel lett that our organiSat￿'S capaoty was not strow enough for Ihem to support
Ihe level of funding requested. We *ill (xwrtinue to k)ok for luThSng sources so that we can L￿aCt our
growth ￿an.

rarsed by survivors, supporters and the Lottery. SOB is looking into wort(ing organisations on
health & wellbeing programmes lor their staff memtrHs whom have teen impa¢bJ by trauma in order
to raise fL*nds for SOB core aCt￿[be8.
The SOB Trystees agreed a &5 year strategrc ptan to grow SOB and we strll need to secure funding to
deliver the &5 year plan. Islay O'HaTa our freela￿ fundraiser will continue to t￿lp us (b this. To find
m￿e trustees aTrJ ambassadors to join ihe SOB team in order to deliver the 3-5 year plan.
