Was proposed to finish in May 2020, however, due to the pandemic this is now delayed to a further date (expected to be May 2021). - The strategy was to provide an overall strategic direction to the management of the organization and gives a specific direction to areas like financial strategy, marketing strategy, organizational development strategy and human resources strategy, to achieve success in execution. - To coup with the new normal that resulted from the pandemic the CIO now has Zoom yearly membership to be able to maintain the lost communications and adapt to the new ways of working. - We have also developed and improved the appearance and the capabilities of our website page. |
