**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:-A) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF WOMEN WHO SUFFER TRAUMA AND DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION.B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF WOMEN AND RAISE AWARENESS IN EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY TO HELP THEM FIND EMPLOYMENT OR BECOME OTHERWISE PRODUCTIVELY ENGAGED WHILST AT THE SAME TIME IMPROVING THEIR LEVELS OF HEALTH AND SELF ESTEEM, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING:-I) RUNNING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMESII) PROVIDING A MENTORSHIP SCHEME.

**Activities:** To advance education and training of women and raise awareness in equality and diversity to help them find employment or become productively engaged whilst at the same time, improving their wellbeing and self esteem, including running development programmes and mentorship schemes and providing support, services and information to women suffering from distress and trauma due to sexual violence.
