## **Treasurers Report** 

We commenced the financial year with £2,947.82 and concluded with £2,731.50, with no liabilities outstanding and no funds to be reserved from grants received. We received £650 from the Sir Andrew Martin Trust Grant for club T-shirts which has all been utilised for this purpose. We also received £500 from the Braunstone Town Community Grant. The cost of hiring the school halls was £3,176.98 for the year with subs received being £3,128.00, so just a small deficit of £48.98 in total. The increase in hall fees has been covered to a large extent by the increase in subs to £3.50 per session. 

The cost of school hire should be similar for the coming year. The expected costs in addition to premises hire are: 

- the purchase of equipment to replace broken or worn items - £200? 

- the registration fees for the league / Table Tennis England - £527 last year 

- Website hosting - £19 p.a 

These will need to be covered by reserves or grants. The reserves are healthy at present so there are no concerns at present. 

The club is still owed 22 x £30 for the Wednesday afterschool club. Grant Turner from the school to be contacted by Helen. 

We may need to look into other grants this year. Braunstone Town Council, information from John G Samworth Bros, Emma Mussen is their contact Andrew Martin Trust, leave them for this year.
