to. KLL provide an environment for children to
enjoy their football and have fun with their
friends.
Kingston Little League consists of sets of teams
formed into leagues based on age:

6 teams for Under 13 and Under 12 (9-

6 teams for Under 12 and Under 11 (9-
aside football)

12 mini-soccer team for Under 11,
Under 10 and Under 9 (7-aside

Kingston Little League also provide
training sessions and mini games for

Para 1.18 The trustees have considered the Charity
Commission’s public benefit guidance. In
addition to the sporting aspect that KLL
provides, the KLL trustees are keen to play our
part in the life of our local community. We
maintain regular contact with local interest
groups, such as Friends of Latchmere
Recreation Ground, in order to ensure that KLL
is a benefit to the entire community.
KLL does not pick or choose players for teams
based on their sporting ability but is open to
anychild, boys and girls, who wish to play
organised football. And though playing age
ends at 15 years old, KLL encourages those
older players leaving the organisation to return
as volunteers to coach and manage teams, act
as referees or help run KLL for the future. All
FA education isprovided free byKLL.

Kingston Little League is one of the largest
voluntary organisations for youth in the Royal
Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBK) and
the second largest Little League in England,
contributing to the quality of life of local
children and the local community at a very low
cost and with no public subsidy.
Around 500 children play at least an hour’s
football every Saturday during the football
season, ensuring a commitment towards
improving their condition of life through sport
and social interaction.
In addition, KLL provided training and match
experience for older children too old to play for
KLL but who still want to be involved.
KLL is also engaged with the Duke of Edinburgh
scheme

2.2 INCOME

Recognition of income These are included in the Statement of Financial Activities (SoFA) when:
