Section D Achievements and erformance p Throughout this period, we have seen a global pandemic and life as we Summary of the main know it has been changed for the foreseeable future. There was very achievements of the charity little activity by the charity over these 12 months due to the national during the year lockdowns. We have however, continued to offer assistance with our clients that had filed PIP applications and attended appeal court hearings in person and electronically. The outcomes of these were successful for our clients so we do continue to provide a well understood process as to how to help our clients in this field of the benefits system. The centre was only open for a few weeks and we mainly concentrated on recruiting and training new volunteers, before another lockdown was called unfortunately.
