**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY, THE PRESERVATION OF HUMAN LIFE AND PROPERTY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ENVIRONMENT TO PROVIDE, PRESERVE, MAINTAIN, RESTORE AND/OR IMPROVE FLOOD DEFENCES AND FLOOD PROTECTION MEASURES AND FLOOD DAMAGE REMEDIATION IN PARTICULAR IN CORNWALL AND THE ISLES OF SCILLY

**Activities:** We relieve the effects of, and mitigate further  flooding in the properties within Cornwall by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and training, to assist the victims of natural disasters, to provide facilities in the interests of community regeneration, and the promotion of volunteering.
