Activities
It is intended that the All Star Youth Tennis Scholarship Trust will benefit many young people connected to the borough of Wandsworth showing significant promise in their ability to play tennis without sufficient parental financial means. The Trust is currently focusing on high performance training sessions and a Schools Outreach and Development Program for local school children in Wandsworth.
Objects: Objects2.1 The Trustees Shall Hold The Capital And Income Of The Trust Fund Upon Trust As To The Income And All Or Such Part Or Parts Of The Capital For Or Towards The Advancement Of Education Of Children And Young Persons Who Are Pupils Of Schools And Other Educational Establishments And/or Are Resident In The London Borough Of Wandsworth By Sponsoring Or Funding The Coaching And Training Of Tennis Or By Organising And Providing Facilities To Enable Them To Play Tennis And Thereby Assist In Ensuring That Due Attention Is Given To Physical Education Of Such Young Persons And To Help Them Realise Their Sporting Potential As Well As To The Development And Occupation Of Their Minds.2.2 Subject To, And In Default Of Any Direction Under Sub-Clause 2.1, And Insofar As Any Such Direction Is Not Exhaustive, The Trustees Shall Apply The Income For Or Towards Such Charitable Purposes And Shall Make Donations To Such Charitable Institutions, At Such Times And In Such Matter, As The Trustees Shall In Their Discretion Think Fit.
