Tibbs Dementia Foundation cmploys 18 fulvpart timc cmployecs, a few contractors who support speLifi
activittcs aThd ovcr 60 unpaid volunl¢¢rs without whom it would not be able to provide the rdngye and quality
of service5 provided. In the year to 3 l1t March 2025, it is estimated tbat volunt¢crs provided over 10(M) hours
of s¢rvice to the charity.
In April 2022 the Charity. haling been awarded a three year contract by Ccntrdl Bedfordshir¢ Council
{"CBC") with commensurate gtant funding provided by CBC, stsrt¢d to ¢xt¢nd its setvices across Central
Bedfordshire. Sinc¢ then Tibbs Demenlia Foundation steadily increased the number of %crviccs it provides
across the region providing a comprehenstve servyce by th¢ cnd of thc finallciai year.

for which its grant income is agreed is reasonably assured and that expenditure, linked to grants are
also m￿a￿Ted within similar tim¢ trames.

£333,417 to be spread over 3 years, starting from I sl July 202$

In compiling this report, the Trustees have givcn due regard to the public beiiefit guidance as issued by the
Charity Commission. The trustees considcr tliat the range ot- actii'ities detail¢d above fulfill these
rcquircments in that they benefit peopl¢ with dcmcntia and their carers throughout the geographical area in
which ihe charily operates.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The r¢8ults for the year, as given in the StaterneTht of Finaiicial Activities, are consid¢r¢d satisfactory by the
trustees.
In the yw to 31" March 2025 the charity has been depcndent upon grant funding from Bedford Borough
Council, Cenirnl B¢dfordshire Council, and the Harpur TnLSt which rcpresentcd TOU8hiy 600/0 of the cha]ity's
income with th¢ othcr 40% originating fronL client doDat￿OnS and third party fimd-raibing.
