As set ¢￿t more fully in note 25. in Dewnber 2021 the charity received a gift of 7.393 xres of land al
Colney, Norfolk. This land has become the sle of the new Prisalla Bacon Lcx*e Hosp¢ce. The Iruslees
considered the fair value of the larKI at the date of the grft arKI took professional athice on this matter.
In view of the very speafic and re*ricled to the use of the land, and as profes&onal athice indicated the
value of the larKI was immaterial in the context of the value of the total hospice construction, the
trustees concluded that il was not pOSsb￿ to determine an accurate fair value for the land al the dale of
the grfl. As a result. no vaue is attributed to the grft of land in the financial ststements.
