**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF DESIGN IN ARCHITECTURE IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED BY:(I) THE PROMOTION OF HIGH STANDARDS OF ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION BUILT ENVIRONMENT; AND(II) RAISING AWARENESS AND APPRECIATION OF THE IMPORTANCE OF HIGH STANDARDS OF HIGHER EDUCATION ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN.

**Activities:** The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit, the advancement of design in architecture in the Higher Education sector, including but not limited by: (I) The promotion of high standards of architecture and design in the higher education built environment; and(II) Raising awareness and appreciation of the importance of high standards of higher education architecture and design.
