All assistance<br>given will be regardless of refugee’s background,<br>race, gender or religion.|

We ensured<br>that the recipients were diverse in terms of<br>gender, ethnicity and natonality. The Diploma<br>courses were purchased from Cambridge<br>Internatonal College The distance learning<br>courses are provided by Cambridge Internatonal<br>College (CIC) whose qualifcatons are recognised<br>worldwide. We have established a close<br>relatonship with CIC and work with them to<br>support the students with their courses and<br>their examinatons.<br>192 students from the 2022 intake gained<br>awards (although 8 received a fail grade)<br>As well as our work in the refugee camps, we've<br>been assistng twelve schools in the Dadaab<br>area. We have funded 15 teacher’s salaries and<br>provided textbooks and learning materials.<br>We provided funding to build a laboratory at<br>Northern Cambridge school in Dadaab refugee<br>camp. We also built two classrooms for another<br>school.<br>With our partners Angel Welfare Trust, we have<br>provided laboratoryequipment for a High school|





|||in Garissa County, Kenya.<br>This year we funded a refugee youth to study for<br>a medical diploma at Northcost Medical College.<br>We also sponsored 130 students to atend<br>Integrated High School. These were both<br>refugees and Kenyan natonals.<br>We purchased text books in Nairobi and<br>donated them to schools in Dadaab area.<br>We provided literacy and numeracy classes on a<br>Friday/Saturday and Sunday for adults in<br>Hagadera refugee camp, Kenya<br>We provided football strips for two youth teams<br>in the refugee camps, Kenya<br>The charites founder, Abdi Khalif, travelled to<br>Kenya in the summer to invigilate the student’s<br>exams and to meet UNHCR and camp elders and<br>local government ofcials to explain our work<br>and to understand the requirements of the<br>communites.<br>In partnership with the charity Angels Welfare<br>Trust, we distributed food to 350 families in<br>Dadaab refugee camps and to the local host<br>communites.|
