## **Chairman’s Report** 

There has been no charity activity for the past 3 years due to Covid, family bereavements and the small amount of responders been unable to commit time and money to continue tasks within the charity. 

It was decided to close the charity and to donate the assets to a similar charity that operates in Yorkshire known as Yorkshire 4x4. 

The bank had closed our account because of none use and issued a cheque for the remaining balance which we are at present trying to get the bank to re issue to Yorkshire 4x4 as a donation.

Yorkshire 4x4 Response acknowledges the acceptance by the group of assets and funds pertaining to North Yorkshire Community Response upon closure of their group. Assets are inclusive a single twin axle trailer, and contents. 

Yorkshire 4x4 Response also accepts funds lodged in the bank account for North Yorkshire Community Response as part of the closure of that group.
