Sevenoaks Dlstrict Counctl continue5 to wpportThe Laybeyry Foundation to recet¥e a small
amount of fundlng to promote thelr prolett the effetts of COVID 19 on young people in the local
area. This project has been extended to the middle of 2023.
li must be borne in mind that whilst resourtes for the Fostering A8ency have been
prioritised. this has had an inevltsble effert on the speed at whlch the Charity has been developed,
and the residual impacts of COVID 19 have exacert>￿ the sltuatioTr. However, we have
undoubtedly made progress over the past year, IM)th in tern￿ of rewitton, and in uptake of the

The Fosterlng Agency has cc*)Ilnued to attrart (without resortlngto advertislng or financlal

so as to help them reath full potential. Some of these foster carers are seeking to also l)ecome
