Westside Community Association AGM 3 May 2022

Minutes of the last AGM Agreed as correct. 

Chair persons annual report The chair thanked all staff and volunteers for all there hard work during the year, 

Nicky Blunden as worked very hard setting up new projects its been a very busy year. 

Westside  as taken over the Library  building  you can now borrow books, have 

a drink and apiece of cake ,or do a jig saw. This is open Tuesday and Thursday 

10 clock to 2 clock, There is also a food pantry next to the library  where you can pay £5 and purchase 

2 meat  and ten other items this is doing very well and helping many families. 

The pantry is open  Tuesday and Thursday 10 clock to 2 clock and Wednesday 10 clock to 12 clock. 

Treasurers Annual Report We have no treasurer  at the moment , we are advertising for one. The account are looking very good at this time , We have recived several grants to set up new projects for the community. 



0-19 years / youth and family. 

There is a play cafe set  up in the Library ,families can come along with there children 

The children can play with all the toys, and have story time , mums can enjoy coffee 

and cake in the cafe. There is also cooking class with the children , There is also cooking class for adults run for a few weeks to help young families. 

We have also set up a senior  stretching class ,we also have short mat bowls, 

Nicky as received more grants to run more projects , this will mean more staff and volunteers. 

The old committee as stood down.
