experiencing bng wait times lor appoinlmenls with Pain Clini¢s and Pain Servlces and have limiied access lo
pain management programme5 mental health supwrt, pariicularly due lo the ongoin9 piessuios on the
NHS. As a iesull, some individuals have struggled lo obtain 8 diagnosis and access the treatments they
urgently need.
We have made it a priority lo ensure that CRPS is discussed al all ￿vèlS ol declslon-making and arnong the
general publi¢, highlighting the pmfound impact a CRPS diagnosi3 can have on 811 aspects of life, including
the lives tsl those around patietils.
To address Ihe8e gaps, w8 have worked diligently to continue providing vairous virtual supporl seNces,
including regular online support groups, along wllh inloim8tron and guidancè. Our online supporl groups have

when they need il most. CRPS can bÈ isolatin9 and overwhelming, and having a real-time platform allows
people lo connect with trained lived oxperlen¢e volunleefs who tan offér adviee, emotional support, and
pracllcal Infcmiation. For those who may lind il dilflcull lo talk on the phone or allend in-person suppoil, live
web chal offers our CRPS community a discreet. convenientway lo seek help and feel understood. 11 ensures
that peo￿9 affected by CRPS can access guidance even Wh￿ OUF other servic8s may l)ave closed, helping
them manage their pain and rnenlal w811-b8ing wore effeclively.
Sinc• ils laui)ch, the Live Web Chal has been available six days 4 week (Monday to Friday, 11am4pm. and
Saturdays, 12 nooM-4pml. Thls conslstent avallablllly has provlded a reliable way for peoplè to connecl wit
s and iee8ivÈ timely assistance. Our team ol trained volunteers, m8ny of whom have lived exper￿rn￿ wilh
CRPS, works diligenlly lo offer prompt, personalised $upport lo each person who reaches out.
In 2023-2024, we provided live chal support lo 240 individuals, lolalling 68.17 hours ol support. Although th¢
number ol indivi(fual thats decreased sligl)Ily, on average we have rnainlained a 1hour 37-minule averagE
chel lime. Having Ihis sèrvice and consistent chal tinie does show our commilrnenl lo giving each person the
time and attention Iliey need, ensuiing they recèlwe thorough and compassionate care. We are proud of the

lor children under 18 with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome ICRPSI is ciu¢ial be¢8vse il helps them manage
both the emotional and psychological loll of k'ving with chionic pain at a young age. It provides coping strategies
lo reduce anxlety, depression. and isolation, improviiig resilience and emolional well-being during cfilical
