**Objects:** TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE POLISH COMMUNITY, IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY AND THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.

**Activities:** To develop the capacity and skills of the members of socially disadvantaged communities, particularly, but not exclusively the Polish community, in the county of Dorset in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society by promoting activities to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds.
