. Activities for this year were impacted by the Covid 19 epidemic. We had to adapt our working and service delivery methods to meet lockdown and social distancing rules. Programs: During this period, the charity provided two important community-based health education programs.
- Me and My BP: A community prevention program to reduce the incidence of high blood pressure among people from an African Caribbean background in Coventry
- Covid-19 Health support: A culturally appropriate community health program to support the African community in Coventry during the corona virus epidemic.
We were able to increase the number of community members our services reached to more than 500 up from less than 50 members from the previous year.
Volunteer numbers increased from two to four which enhanced our program delivery.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** .
- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
