I. TRUSTEES, / MANAGEMENT REPORT
Northstead Community Centre operated in a non-trading and developmental
capacity during the year ended 31 March 2025.
The organisation did not deliver funded activities and did not receive any income
during the year.
The focus during this period was on safeguarding existing funds, maintaining
compliance, exploring sustainable funding,
opportunities, and building partnerships for future development.
The organisation remains financially stable with no liabilities.
2. ACTIVITIES AND OPERATIONS
No trading activity took place
No income was generated

No staff or volunteers were formally engaged
No international or overseas activity took place
The year was used to plan future direction rather than deliver services.
3. SUPPORT IN KIND
Your Care Team Ltd (YCT) has provided significant support in kind to Northstead
Community Centre.
• YCT is not charging any rent
YCT is allowing the Centre to use a room / space
This support enabled the Centre to operate without premises costs while not
trading
No financial value has been assigned to this support in the accounts.
4. STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE TO INTERNATIONAL STATUS
Due to funding requirements, Northstead Commlinity Centre needs to change its
status to an international organisation.

The Centre has approached a number ofbusinesses regarding charitable support.
Some businesses have confirmed that
they are willing to support the Centre once its status is changed to international, as
their charitable focus is on
building and supporting communities in third-world and disadvantaged countries.
One such organisation is Your Care Team Ltd (YCT), which has indicated it would
provide charitable support once the
status change is completed.
The reason for this change is to enable the Centre to:
Access appropriate charitable funding
Build communities in Pakistan
Build communities in Bangladesh
Build communities in India
Build communities in other war-torn countries
Operate through volunteers or casual workers once properly established
No international activity took place during the financial year ended 31 March 2025.

6. EXPLANATION OF COMPANIES HOUSE PENALTY
A £100 Companies House late filing penalty was incurred dliring the year.
The organisation was not trading at the time, and the trustees were not aware that
filings were still required while
the organisation was dormant.

This was a one-off administrative cost, and procedures are now in place to ensure
compliance going forward.
