The Head of Shiloh Church is Jesus CbrisL so we are all aC￿)untable to Hlln.
As a Chuich we aim to uphold bibltcal standards through guidanc¢ of the Holy Spirtt
wAth Prayer and Fasting.
We aim to develop quality relationships in our Church and community in resP)n￿ to
the command given by our Lord to love on¢ another, grow disciples and participat¢ in
God's mission of reconciliatioo so that our n)ission will be effective and in line wlth
his word.
The spiritual mtnistrie5 are directed by 4 groups of p¢ople at Skn'loh Church i.e. Pastor
and Pastoral team- who assist¢d the Pastor. Clergy. and Departrnent Team Leads, with
the T￿￿ee8 tsking ultimate legal reS￿nSibility.

The Leadership t&wn are members of the Church who provide care and oversight.
They evaluate the teaching ministry of the Church and review major ministy
decisions and initiatives. Each s¢paratc group assist and 5UPWrt the Pastor in their
mission of Pastoral care. regular prayer for the sick with home visits, and attend
leadership meetings to uphold bibts'cal standards so that the truth of Chrisl will Tcmain
cr¢dible to the church m¢mkrs and the wider community.

leadership team approves new leadership team m¢mb¢r&
Th¢ Church Trustees ar¢ accountable to the Clwity Commission for th¢ work the
Church participates and carry the legal ￿5[￿)nSibilIty for the decisions that are
made by the Churcb.
This responsibility is fulfilled under the direction and collaboratioll of the Pastor&
Pastoral team, Clergy and IEadership ￿'orkIng in the diff¢r¢nt capacity groups
outlined. Remuneration is provided to the Pastor througll a basic rnonthly stipend. All
other r¢mun¢Tation provided for Trustees are for the reimbursem¢nt of expenses
whilst Catrying out their duti¢s.
srRLCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The T￿￿teeS met 7 times via phoneline conferenc¢ call that w&% hosted by D.Grant
to discuss matters that facilitat¢ the smooth ruttning of th¢ Churcm with regards to the
maintenance of the buildin& safegLwdin& financial and legal matters. R.Woodley
chaired these meetings.
We held the majority of all our services at th¢ Church buildi￿ including our national
meetings. We held prayei, business and extraordllwy meetings via zoom and
conference calls. Thanks to all the members who hosted th¢5e Meetings, and for the
cooperdtion and commitment of members. leadership team& Pastoral team.

ACTMTIES FOR ACHIEVING OBJEcfivES
The Church continues to proNide regular public WOTsknp services on Sunday
mornings, and a mid-week service on Tuesday evenings, and also provides a sacred
space for FKrsoDal and collective prayer and contemplation 48 requir¢(I We were
thankful and blessed with the dedication of the Worship Team who led the singing
and Worshi￿S. Williams, S.JohDSon and R. Howe. We also held Sunday school
sessions for the children in our back l)all. This was c(H)rdtDated by D.Marshall with
P.L4idley and D. Williams and V. Welsh aSSi￿1n& we are thankful for their
dedication and commitment. We also held Adult Sunday School classes at the Church
building. The Teachers were.. P&stor Woodley. L. Deacon and D.Grant on a
forthnighty rota-thank the Lord for their commitmenL Weekly Bible and prayer
session services on Wednesday afternoons continued for the wlKJle year for our senioT
members and oth¢rs, which w&8 Cowordinated and hosted by D.Grant and suprthed by
R. Woodley.
We also beld monthly prayer and fasting sessions on the fi￿t Saturday mornings at
the Church bUild￿g from 10am-l1.30atn. These meetings were ¢(Fordinated on a rota
basis by: L.D¢acon, V. Welsh. D.Grant and P&stor Woodlev- that& the IA*rd for their
commitment.

W&5 SUPPOrted by the Trustees, Ilospitality and Leadersbip t¢ams.
Tbe p&st, present and Pur1￿ awards were presented to MITh L. Francis and
Sis. Y. Warn¢r, who were the only 2 nominees. Bishop& Pastor P¢arc¢
presented the Plaqutrk £100 cheque to Min. Francis only, as Sis. Yvette was
absent. This w&s given in appr¢rÈation of tbeir hard work over the years at
Skn'Ioh. Honorary long service membership awards wcr¢ presented to Sis. G.
Mclaren- accepted by h¢r son+ awzrds were earmatk¢d for Bro. S.Sinllns-
accepted by his wife+ Sis. Young& Sis. Taylor who ivere absent.
The Community aw'ard w&s presented to Keira Williams for her activities to
promote the Sunday School& Youth d¢parthenL and received an award and
cheque for £IOO.All the Sunday School children received certificates for

attendance. effort& perfornwice. Rachel Mc F¢e gave a passionate sumn
of her work at Oscar. which w&s very intr¢stsng and relevanL
Monica Davis who attended Shiloh Church in ber youth gave a SUMM￿ on
the history of the Church uuder the leadeTsbip of the late Bishop Clarke. which
was very inspiring. and highlighted th¢ tenacity of that generation. We were
thankfid for her contribution. We were also thankful that Bro. Loxley PTovid¢d
the background music for the eveth.

We are also sponsortng a Familv in Ukraine in association WAth Mercy Projects.

The Church PTovides weekly Sunday School teaching and Biblical inStn￿tIon
sessions with emphasis on moral conduct for childr¢n aged 5 to 16 in appropriate age
group classes, and to create a safe enNironment thereby encouraging the youth to be
good citizens in the community- this was achtevcd via ZOO￿ and also at th¢ Church
building after Plac¢s of Worship were opened All Teachers and key m¢mb¢rs are
advised to adh¢r¢ to the chiId protection tKTrlicy, and to kcep up to date with training
and kniowledge for safeguarding cbildren. young people and vulll¢rabl¢ adults.
The youth programme LET'S HOPE from 2020 w&5 contlnued in 2024 with thc same
objectives. Competitive activities Includ￿ learning the New and Old T¢stan]ent.
Face-tfrFace Sunday school for the youth continued in 2024& various fimd raising
activities were hel( includillg Bake and Craft sessions and Bake sales.

At the F*mily Sunday service on the 2615124 the youth also participated ivith
presentations from the Sunday school d¢partsnent. The youth w¢re also pro-active at
the Haryest SuDday celebrations that included creativ¢ activities with a banner.
