The spÉritual ministries are directed b) 4 groups of people at Shiloh Church i.e. Pastor
and Pastoral team, Clergj. and Department Team L£ads. with tile T[￿stees taking

maintenance of the build￿ Safeguardi￿ fllwicial and legal matt¢rs, R.Woodl¢y
chaired these meetings.
Wc h¢ld the majority of all our services at the Church building. including our national
meetings. We held prayer, business and extraordiDary rneetings via zoom and
conference caIls. Thanks to all tbe members who hosted th¢s¢ meeting4 and for the
coop¢ration and commilJn¢nt of m¢mbers. leadership team& Pastoral team.

The Church continues to provide regular public worship services on Sunday
mornings. but not mid-week yet. and proNides a sacred space for ￿[sonal and
collective prayer and contelnplation as requi￿￿ We were thankful and blessed with
the d¢dication of the Worsbip Team Vwbo led the singing and worships. Williams.
S.Johnson and R Howe. We also held Sundaj school sessions for the children in our

WeeLly Bible and prayer session services on Wednesdays continued for the whole
year for our s¢nior members and oth¢rs, which c(H)rdinated And hosted by
D.Grant and support¢d by R. Woodl¢y.
We also held montbly prayer alld fasting sessions on the first Saturday mornings at

Charitable activities
The Church provides I￿¢¢kIY Sunday School teacbmg and Biblical instruction
sessions with emph&8is on moral c4)nduct for Children aged 5 to 16 in appropriate age
group clas5¢s, and to create a safe environment thereby encouraging the youth to be
good citizens in the comn]unity- this was a¢hi¢v¢d vla Zoom, and also at th¢ Church
building after Plac¢s of Worship were opened. All Teachers and key members are
advised to adhere to the child prntection tx)licy. and to keep up to date with training
and knowledge for safeguarding cbildreffj young people and vulnerable adults.
The youtb programm¢ LET'S HOPE from 2020 was Colltinued in 2023 with the
same objectives. CompetLtive activities included learning the N¢w and Old
TestamenL monthly attendance awards, Vfj'eekly Golden text& Quarterly
certificates of Goll Silver& Bronze. F￿-to-FaCe Sunday school for the youth
continued in 2023. and vaTiOUS fimd -raising activities w¢re hell including Bake
and Craft sessions and Bak¢ sales. At the Family Sunday s¢rvice on the 2516123
the youth also parti¢ipat¢d with pies¢ntations froln the Sunday school department.
Harvest celebratto￿$ included creative activiti¢s with a banner. prayer and songs

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2023. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
