**Objects:** TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF ADULT STROKE SURVIVORS AND THEIR CARERS,TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSIVENESS,SOCIAL INTERACTION AND BUILD STRONG COHESIVE NETWORKS,TO WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY AGENCIES IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ACCESS FUNDS TO FURTHER IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR MEMBERS.

**Activities:** We hold Weekly exercise classes for stroke survivors we also have regular carpet bowls and cookery demonstrations
